What’s inside

  • surprise assortment of sensory toys and items

You also receive a detailed information card listing all the items in the box along with their descriptions. As always this is super helpful at first glance.

Onto the items…

The Original Fidget Reversible Sequin Pillow – $13.99

This was so fun and calming at the same time! It promotes focus and concentration while keeping fidgety fingers busy.

A very calming way to fill that sensory need. I personally found it very calming to just run my fingers over it.

Super Lava Crazy Aaron’s Thinking Putty – $2.99

Another stress reliever item right here! This putty is definitely much thicker than the silly putty kind I have seen. This one has a more rubbery consistency but it still is pretty soft and malleable at the same time. And just look at that gorgeous “lava” color – it actually glows after being exposed to sun or light. Super cool! I do wish it was a bit bigger in size though.

Stretchy Robots – $5.95

These stretchy robots were a bit on the small side. However, my 3-year-old was thrilled with how stretchy they were and felt like gummy vitamins to her! But for tiny hands, it is a good-sized sensory toy.

Squishy Stress Balls – $11.99

These stress balls were one of our favorites from the box! They are extremely squishy as the name suggests, but at the same time, they really are a great stress reliever. I personally love how they bounce off the walls too and are just good old’ fun to deal with. My husband and I have already kept one for each of us aside. 😉 Bonus points for being non-toxic and BPA free, so totally safe for kids.

Glitter Bead Ball – $4.95

Another squishy ball here, but this one was more on the “crunchy” side due to the beads present inside. It is designed for gentle stretching only and makes a soft crunching sound when you manipulate it.

Tactile Tiger Brush – $8.99

A tactile hand fidget that’s good for calming “excited” little ones or even adults seeking tactile stimulation. It offers sensory stimulation on both sides and is effective anywhere on the body.

Sensory TheraPlay Box turned out to a great box in terms of curation. The overall value was around $49 which is well above the cost of the box! The sensory toys were very thoughtfully included based on the amount of sensory stimulation they provide. My personal favorite was the Squishy Stress Balls as I think they are phenomenal in providing stress relief. However, all the items were enjoyed by my kids and turned out to be a great way for them to have some “quiet” time. A one of a kind subscription to fulfill those sensory needs and actually perfect for the whole family, not just for kids. 🙂
