Let’s get into the groove of Holiday DIY cards with this month’s craft – Pinning for Plaid theme.
I took out my stamping block from my first box and got started with stamping some fun seasons greetings on the cards.
Just getting started with this project got me in the holidays’ mood – which can’t come soon enough!
Next, using the adhesive dots, I stuck the acrylic sheet to the back of the circles.
Then I removed the dimensional backing (already sticky) and applied it to the back of the circled cards.
Now the fun stuff! I added in the different sequins on the backing and attached our stamped card at the back to close the opening with the adhesive dots.
In the end creating something like this – how pretty does this look?!
Next, I used the plaid cards and glued the above creation on the front using the provided adhesive strips. Love that you get everything needed to complete the project – literally from start to finish, and that is the best part!
Totally ready to write out a personalized message inside the card! 🙂
Lastly, I used the stamped banner and added in the golden background.
Adhering it to the front of our card.
Our DIY cards ready to go into the gorgeous plaid envelopes (also included). This project will easily make 10-12 cards.
Another phenomenal do-it-yourself craft project from Paper Pumpkin! As always the quality of the materials was top-notch and the instructions were crystal clear, making it literally a breeze to follow through! At the end, the cards turned out beautifully and certainly added a personal touch. These would be so much better than the store-bought cards and I totally see the oomph factor here. I can’t wait to pass these on to family and friends as soon as the holiday season starts! 🙂
