- 4-5 full-sized or deluxe products
Glossybox packaging is the best hands down! The boxes are beautifully designed and they’re wrapped so gorgeously as well!
I always hesitate to open them, just because they look so pretty as they are! 😉
Once again, so many full-sized products! 🙂
The information card illustrates the theme of the month along with the items and their description and prices. Always very detailed and helpful at first glance.
Let’s check out these goodies closely.
This Moroccan Rose Facial Oil is infused with vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, A and almond oil all meant to deeply rejuvenate and hydrate the skin. Firstly, I have to admit this stuff smells amazing! Like I am totally in love with the rose-scented facial oil. In terms of hydration, I did not find it to be super moisturizing and it does feel sticky the first couple minutes but gets absorbed pretty quickly – so no greasy feeling at all.
The consistency is very much like water rather than oil. However, that said, I have been using it for a couple days now and really starting to enjoy how it makes my skin feel afterward – i.e. more radiant! 🙂
Enriched with pure Arctic spring water and potent birch sap, this fragrance-free eye gel helps in reducing puffiness and under-eye circles. It does provide a good amount of hydration under the eyes too, so that is great! Now obviously with any eye cream, the differences are not noticeable right away, but I loved how hydrating it is, so I am going to wait and see! 🙂
I found this lip tint to be very creamy in texture as it easily glided over.
However, it is definitely more of a lip balm that is slightly pigmented to give that natural look to the lips.
This is one of my favorite hair serums ever! I have been using it for the past year (since receiving it another one of my boxes), and it has done wonders in terms of improving the quality of my hair. Marula oil, the key ingredient in this serum really does smooth, protect, moisturize and repair the hair while adding a healthy amount of shine. Of course, does not hurt that it smells pretty divine too! Love this stuff.
This is probably my least favorite item from this month’s Glossybox. While I absolutely love Buxom lip products, I have not been enamored by their mascaras or any other eye makeup products. Not sure if I noticed any plumping effect, but it certainly can work as an everyday mascara to give more of a natural look! 🙂
This month, we also got a gift card valued at $25 by Velvet Eyewear to be used towards any purchase from their website. I definitely see a few styles that I’d love to get, so the gift card will certainly come in very handy. 🙂
Loved this month’s Glossybox! The overall value was around $86.89, which again is phenomenal considering the monthly cost at only $21. I love that you almost always receive full-sized products from popular and upcoming brands, so it is a great way to build your beauty and skincare stash without breaking the bank. 😉 Also, for a limited time, use coupon code JAN40 to get 40% off your FIRST box, essentially paying only $12.60 for your first month for all these goodies! 🙂
