What’s inside?
- 2-3 seasonal crafts with all the materials needed.
I loved the packaging as everything came packed in a sturdy, pretty orange/green box! I also personally love the logo of the company – hand of an adult and child together illustrating instantly what We Craft Box is all about! π
Everything inside our box for the month of February! π
You get enough material and options to create at least 1 big craft project and 2-3 smaller ones. Basically, it’s all about unleashing the inner creativity of the kiddos ;).
The information sheet is double-sided with step by step images of the projects that will be created. And that certainly makes it very easy to follow the instructions (that are equally detailed!).
A cute poem about Mister Owl’s Valentines that incorporates all the craft materials included in your box! Certainly sets the mood for the kids to embark on a crafty adventure :).
Let’s check out how our art projects turned out with a 3 and a 2-year-old π
Mister Owl’s Valentine Box
Everything needed for completing this craft.
I cut out the We Craft Box and covered it with the brown wrapping paper. While my older one had fun taping it all around.
Next, we brought out the glue and started having some fun by making it into an owl! π
Painting away after putting on the eyes and the heart doily. We used the pipe cleaners to use as eyelashes (so cute!).
Mister Owl is ready to go off on an adventure (you will see the wings added to him in the picture at the bottom of the post). π
Next, we hopped on making the baby owls using the 2 small boxes. This was totally my 2-year-old’s territory and I was so glad to see how involved and “happy” she was while making her little owl! π
Working on their little owls to complete the owl family! π
Mister Owl’s Valentine Tree
Our next crafting project was building this Valentine tree that involved tons and tons of paint! So prepare an area to get messy in. π
My older one was very excited about putting on her handprint on the tree, as can be seen. π
And off she went to decorate her heart out (pun intended) π
Lastly, I assembled the base and wrapped it around with the small tab and securing it with a tape. And there you go! A beautiful DIY kids craft is ready to be displayed around the house. π
A picture of all our crafting projects that we had loads of fun completing as a family. Do you spy an angry birdie in there? π
Verdict
What an engaging and fun crafting kit by We Craft Box! The Valentine-themed crafts were doable and fun even for my 2-year-old! I can’t think of better way to nurture your child’s imagination and creativity. As a busy mom of toddlers, I can totally see myself needing something like this on a monthly basis which is there to make our lives as parents easier so we can focus on building quality memories.
