We Craft Box is a monthly kids subscription that sends out 2-3 seasonal crafts for the whole family to enjoy! It is founded by Betsy Wild, a working mom of 2 boys. Art is her passion and therefore she decided to make it easier for parents by doing all the legwork and saving time by preparing, planning and shopping for all crafts!
Each box comes with all the materials needed to create 2-3 fun and entertaining crafts enabling parents to spend quality time with their kids!

What’s inside?
- 2-3 seasonal crafts with all the materials needed.
I loved the packaging as everything came packed in a sturdy, pretty orange/green box! I also personally love the logo of the company – hand of an adult and child together illustrating instantly what We Craft Box is all about! 🙂
Everything inside our box for the month of April! This month was all about welcoming Spring. 🙂
You get enough material and options to create at least 1 big craft project and 2-3 smaller ones. Basically, it’s all about unleashing the inner creativity of the kiddos ;).
The information sheet is double-sided with step by step images of the projects that will be created. And that certainly makes it very easy to follow the instructions (that are equally detailed!).
A cute poem Six Little Daisies incorporates all the craft materials included in your box! Certainly sets the mood for the kids to embark on a crafty adventure :).
One Little Trick to make rainbow daisies.
Let’s check out how our crafts turned out with a 4 and a 2-year-old 😉
Craft Project #1: Magic Daisies
Everything needed to make our flowerbed. We had to use the We Craft box and trim off the top and use it as our base. Love how we are not wasting any materials here to make our projects. 🙂
I helped out the kiddos with twisting the top of the pipe cleaners and sticking it into our foam base.
And that’s when all the fun started for them! They couldn’t wait to use the magic nuudles themselves – we wet the corners (on a damp paper towel) and twisted them to make our petals. Super fun and hands on-task.
Extreme concentration alert! 😉 The kids were very fascinated to see how the magic nuudles just stuck to each other without any glue or tape.
Even the 2-year-old had a ball of a time working through her hands – great for developing fine motor skills. 🙂
Our finished product! The kids were in a total rush to start the project, so we did not exactly follow through with the trick of cutting the pipe cleaners a tad bit short – so our daisies could stand upright. But that’s okay! It certainly shows that you get very detailed instructions to make sure that your project turns out great. 🙂
Project #2: Happy Raincloud!
Everything needed to create our happy raincloud. Another creative craft to complete the whole picture/theme of the month.
The first step was to gather a few strands of the shimmering tinsel, group them together and apply it to our cloud cutout via magic nuudles. A perfect way to create an illusion of rain – I thought it was super neat.
Next, we gathered our blue pipe cleaners and started the fun beading process! More practice to hone in on those fine motor skills for this age group. 🙂
Yep, even the little one was super involved and it was actually one of her favorite parts of the activity. 🙂 Once finished with the beading, we strung the pipe cleaner through the hole on our cloud and twisted to secure it. Added in a smiley face to our Mr. raincloud and voila!
We were finally ready to display our work of art (and crafts), so I used a small portion of the included project tack and stuck it to the wall.
The final look at our craft project. I can’t even tell you how proud my kids were with how their Daisies project turned out, well especially the 4-year-old. 😉 We have left it on display in our play-area and the kids make sure to show it to anyone who visits to get the oohs and aahs. 🙂
Verdict
What a fabulously crafty month by We Craft Box! Hands-on, easy to follow instructions and the fact that everything is included in your box makes it just the perfect way to spend quality time with the kids while they proudly make and show-off their fun crafts.
