This box came packed to the brim – and I have no idea how they managed to pack it all so neatly! I was definitely very impressed with the packaging and thought it was top-notch.
Everything inside our box! As always, it is one jam-packed box filled with crafts, toys and educational activities.
You also get a very detailed information sheet for grownups, a personalized letter addressed to your child and a calendar printout for the current month and the next (expect to receive activities and crafts focus on all these holidays ;)).
Grownup Helper sheet lists all the products inside your box, making it easy to follow through since there are way too many to count. 😉
This month we also received an assessment checklist that will help in understanding what skills your little ones’ are learning or mastering by the end of the month. I personally loved this and was glad to see how detailed it was as it pertained to each activity in the box! 🙂
Another addition to the Fairy Tale Preschool Placademy box – a list of science experiments with detailed steps to follow through during the month of May! These are simple and easily doable using things around the house for some STEM fun. 🙂
Correspondence for the kiddos! This month’s theme was all about Mother Earth and learning more about Earth’s creatures in a fun and interactive way.
Let’s take a closer look at all these goodies and see what fun we had! Scroll all the way to the bottom of the post to enter the giveaway to win a FREE month of Fairy Tale Preschool Placademy PLUS box 🙂
Book Of The Month: The Berenstain Bears Double Sided Book – We Love Our Mom! & We Love Our Dad
An easy to read book about the beloved Berenstain Bears. I loved that this was actually a double book with a We Love Our Mom story one side and We Love Our Dad on the flip side.
Perfect choice for the month of May with Mother’s Day just around the corner. 🙂 And as avid readers, we just can’t have enough books in our little library that’s growing by the day! 😀
Ruckus Junior Edition Game
In May, you’ll also receive this multiple award-winning educational card game that’s all about working on building those memory and concentration skills. This was absolutely perfect for my 4-year-old and she couldn’t wait to jump into it with her daddy.
Also great learning activity for the younger one (2-year-old) who can’t understand the rules of the game but had a ball of a time recognizing the pictures and matching them!
Preschool-level board or card games are always a hit in our family! As they truly help in building important skills along with enjoying some quality family time. So much better than handing out a screen to the kiddo, right? 🙂
Sensory Toys: Adventure Animal Sequinimal, Squeeze Jelly Octopus & Squishy Ducky!
A month all about sensory toys that relate to the theme of the month (Mother Nature & Mother Earth).
The sequined snake was an instant hit with the older one who loved playing with it!
And you guessed it! The squishy Jelly Octopus & the Ducky were just what the little one needed – great for developing fine motor skills, squeezing grasp and scientific cause and effect. The octopus was one of my favorites too – it was super squishy!
2 Ty Beanie Boos Wood Ornaments with Markers
A great on-the-go activity bag that comes filled with 2 wood ornaments (a frog and a ladybug) along with markers, and googly eyes.
Definitely going in my travel bag for when we need to keep the kids occupied while out and about.
Color-In Set of 2 Puzzles
Another fun craft kit that will be great for on-the-go with 2 sets of puzzles. I can’t even begin to tell you how helpful these kits turn out when you know a tantrum is about to happen. And these help in building hand-eye coordination along with giving the kids a chance to show off their creativity.
Flower Crafting Kit
An easy flower crafting kit that comes individually bagged with instructions on how to make your craft.
And this is what happens when the little one insists on doing something completely on her own. 😀 Not complaining because she did have tons of fun while at it. 😉
Counting Ladybugs Handprint Craft Kit
We loved this fun craft as it was all about using your handprint and attaching it to the pond shaped foam and then applying the ladybugs and the flowers.
I ended up using handprints of both the girls (so there were no arguments) and they worked together to finish off the craft. An easy math lesson was thrown right in there – thanks to the counting of the ladybugs. 🙂
Reusable Bag & Felt Stickers + Collectible Pin
We also received this cute little reusable bag, perfect to stash away felt stickers (also included) and any other smaller items.
And the collectible pin of the month was this adorable hedgehog! We are building quite a collection here. 🙂
Yay for more stickers! We love these sticker booklets that are perfect for when you’re traveling or need to make a quick activity to keep the kids occupied happily. And I also like how the sticker books always follow the theme of the month, so you are essentially getting a huge variety of stickers each month! 🙂
Set of 12 Markers + 5 Blank Cards & Envelopes
As always, we also got the blank cards & envelopes along with markers so the kids can unleash their creativity since everything is included right there! 🙂
And boy, did we make sure to unleash the creativity or what? Card made for mommy filled with all the stickers. The older one also wrote out Mom as she’s learning to write simple words 😀
The 2-year-old couldn’t let go of the felt stickers and made her very own special card for mama. 🙂
My Fairy Tale Conversation Cards
These conversation cards are always a staple as well in My Imagination Mail boxes! And these are a super fun way to have interesting conversations during dinner time. We love to use these, as questions like these also help in expanding kids’ imaginations and vocabulary, of course. 🙂
My Fairy Tale Weekly Postcards
If you sign up for the Fairy Tale Preschool Placademy PLUS subscription, you’ll also receive postcards that are directly addressed to your child and mailed out each week. But you can always just opt for the Postcards subscription option if that’s what you desire. I think these are a fun way to inspire imagination amongst kids as it’s exciting for the kids to receive something exclusively for them in the mail. 🙂
What a jam-packed month filled with so much learning and fun! Fairy Tale Preschool Placademy boxes never fail to surprise me with the plethora of activities, games/toys and crafts they send out that is sure to keep the entire family occupied for the whole month! Just the perfect box to inspire little ones and make fun memories as a whole family. The girls look forward to this one each month. 🙂 Also for a limited time, don’t forget to use the coupon code TMR25 to get 25% off your entire order!
