- 4-5 full-sized or deluxe products
Glossybox packaging is the best hands down! The boxes are beautifully designed and they’re wrapped up so gorgeously as well! Everything inside my June Glossybox.
The information card illustrates the theme of the month along with the items and their description and prices. Always very detailed and helpful at first glance.
This month’s box is packed with goodies that take inspiration from the Summer Solstice, which is a celebration of all things nature and feminity. 🙂
Let’s check out our products closely!
ICON Mini By Absolute New York Eyeshadow Palette in Gold Glitz (full size) – $8.99
Time to get that coveted smokey eye with this perfectly-sized eyeshadow palette. It comes in 6 shades all there to work in conjunction to provide your outer corners for a dose of no-fuss shimmering drama.
This was seriously love at first sight for me. Even though I don’t usually wear eyeshadows, but show me a neutral palette like this, and I am game. Because I do love a good smokey eye. 😉
I was also pretty surprised and glad to see how pigmented these were. These are very lightly swatched so you can only imagine the color payoff with a good amount of product. I can’t wait to play with it and love that it is just the perfect size to go in my travel bag as well! 🙂
Temple Spa Repose Aromatherapy Resting Cream (0.5 fl oz) – $16.01
A relaxing aromatherapy face and neck night cream that claims to deeply moisturize, smooth fine lines and wrinkles, and help you in feeling calm. I love a good night cream that offers intense hydration and paired with the benefits of aromatherapy, I know this one’s going to be popular with me. Glad to test out the deluxe sample before making the full-size purchase. 🙂
Gilchrist & Soames Garden Body Lotion (2 fl oz) – $3.90
This fragrant silk-infused body cream contains food-grade naturally derived botanicals as well as cruelty-free honey. I did find the fragrance to be a bit too on the flowery side, however, it does say English Garden on the packaging, so I should have expected that. 😉 Nonetheless, if you want to breathe in the fresh essence of the English Garden, then this one’s for you!
Karl Lagerfeld + Model Co Lip Liner in Rosewood (full size) – $29.00
One of my absolute favorites from this month was this Karl Lagerfeld + Model Co’s lip liner in rosewood.
I love how pigmented it is and the bright pop of pink is just so perfect to rock this summer! It went over the lips effortlessly without any tugging or causing any dryness (which is one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to lip liners). So I was ecstatic to find this very creamy and pigmented at the same time!
The Artist’s Studio Eau De Parfum in Summer Rose (0.5 oz) – $16.00
Isn’t this the most gorgeous travel-sized perfume packaging you have seen? I am totally digging the look and colors! Surprisingly, in terms of the fragrance, it actually was not very flowery or powdery – it was more a mix of fruity & flowery, which definitely works well for me. Just the Eau De Parfum you need to last you through the summer because this is a strong one and actually lasted pretty much 8 hours on me!
Emite Makeup Professional Eye Lash Curler in Rose Gold (full-size) – $25.00
Yay, finally happy to see an eyelash curler! One of my wild little ones had apparently lost my Shu Umera Eye Lash curler, so this arrived at the perfect time! 😉
Love the rose-gold look and I found the quality to be pretty top-notch. Also, once I applied my mascara on, it gave a very pretty curled look to the lashes. Definitely, something that is going to get tons of use.
What a fun & summery month by Glossybox! My favorites were the Karl Lagerfeld Lip Liner, Emite Makeup Eyelash Curler and the Icon Mini Eyeshadow Palette. Also, the overall value of the products was a just a little under $100 at $98.60 which is phenomenal considering the monthly cost at only $21. Definitely one of my favorites in recent months. You can’t go wrong with Glossybox if you want to come across full-sized beauty products at a great price!
