10-15 full-size pantry and snack items. Love how all the products come packaged neatly with air pouches around to keep them secure! This one is always a hefty box! 🙂
The handy dandy information sheet for the month lists all the products and their details along with the prices!
The flip side lists a recipe using the items received in our box. 🙂
Everything inside in our July box, as expected for the peak summer month – the theme was BBQ time! 🙂
Let’s look at these closely. 🙂
Uncle Dougie’s Sweet N’ Snappy Small Batch Barbeque Sauce (510g) – $5.99
An American Royal World Series of Barbeque winner! It is sweet enough with a touch of smoky and a little “snappy” zing, perfect to go over pretty much anything you’d like to BBQ this summer. 😉 It is also the product of the month, so get your BBQ game on with this sweet and snappy thick and rich sauce.
Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce (260g) – $3.98
Made from quality Chinese plums, ginger, and chili. This is perfect for stir-frying or even using as a dipping sauce. Although I tend to stay away with sauces that are sweet, I think this would go so well as a dipping sauce with crab rangoons. Yum, love those.
Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayonnaise (354 ml) – $4.99
One of my personal favorites from this month! I also enjoyed Sir Kensington’s ketchup a few months back, so I was pretty pumped to see a chipotle mayo from the same brand. It is made with the highest quality, and non-GMO ingredients like certified humane free range eggs, 100% sunflower oil and chipotle peppers. It was a bit on the smoky side in terms of the flavor, which was pretty intense, but I loved the chipotle kick!
Wise Snacks Extra Cheesy Cheez Doodles ($0.50 per 1.25 oz bag x 4 bags)
Super cheesy with a rich and creamy flavor perfect to satisfy your cheese cravings. 😉 Perfect to take you with you on a road trip or a BBQ picnic as an accompaniment. 🙂
Chocolate Caramel Creams (283g) – $2.48
A chewy chocolate caramel with a cream center. It’s a fun summer chocolate treat that does not melt with the heat.
It was definitely very chewy and for some reason, the caramel and the cream center worked so well in terms of flavor. The cream center really worked in favor for this candy. 🙂
Aiya Matcha Zen Cafe Blend (180g) – $17.80
Okay, I lied. This was another favorite of mine from this month’s box! This was delicious, to say the least. The single-serving Matcha blend is so versatile as you can use it in smoothie recipes, as a latte or just enjoy it in your lemonade! I also did not find it overly sweet which is great, but you definitely wouldn’t want to add any additional sweetener to this. 😉
Loacker Cocoa x Milk Crispy Cocoa Wafers ($1.29 x 2 = $2.58)
These are so light and crispy with an intense cocoa flavor.
If cookies and milk is your jam, then you’d love the combination of cocoa and a creamy filling within the tender layers, because that’s exactly what it reminds me of! 🙂
Chomps Original Turkey Stick – $1.99
Made with 100% free-range turkey with no hidden nasties (no sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, nitrates, antibiotics, hormones, MSG and artificial preservatives or coloring!). It is also keto and paleo friendly and with all the natural goodness, I am sure it’s a perfect snack for kids’ lunch boxes too!
A fun month of delicious goodies by Degustabox! The overall value this month was around $42 which is pretty amazing compared to the monthly cost at $19.99, and if you were to use this link and coupon code T91SB, you’ll end up paying only $9.99 for your first month for all these goodies. Shipping is always also free! My favorites this month were the Matcha Blend, Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayo, and Uncle Dougie’s Sweet N’ Snappy BBQ sauce.
