These liquid highlighter powders are super smooth to touch and I found them very creamy despite the powder formula.
The shade Delicate Dew combines gently coral golden rose with a silver-rose sheen for that “lit from within” radiance anywhere you want. Definitely, one of the prettiest highlighters I have seen!
I may sound like a broken record but I seriously have been extremely impressed with the creamy and highly pigmented texture of these. So even if you are not a fan of powder highlighters because they might exacerbate dry skin, I assure you, these will just blend right into your skin because of the ultra-fine gossamer.
