What’s inside?

This month was all about making all kinds of different crafts with no particular but definitely more summer-related crafting!

As always the information sheet included all the crafts included in your DoodleBug Busy Bag along with any supplemental information that might help out. πŸ™‚

Let’s check out all the crafting fun we had!

Glitter Fish Mosaic Craft

Always a fan of the Glitter Mosaic craft!

Despite the glittery mess, it is one of those craft projects that keep the girls busy for a LONG time! πŸ˜‰

Showing off the hard work! We definitely have a little pro on our hands now. πŸ˜‰

Anchor Mobile Craft

Love using individually-bagged craft kits like these as they are so easy to just pop em in your on-the-go bag while out and about with the kids. So that’s exactly what I decided to do with it and kept it aside for later use. πŸ™‚

Summer Treats Sand Art Picture

Another one of our absolute favorite kits! The entire concept of colored sand on a glued picture is just so creative and fun!

Carefully pouring the sand onto the ice-cream!

Showing off her deliciously colorful ice cream. πŸ™‚

Apple Necklace

Another hands-on activity perfect to work on those fine motor skills!

My 3-year-old is seriously immersed in the project! And we made it more fun and educational by trying to make patterns out of the beads. πŸ™‚

Monster Flower Magnet

A quick craft that’s easily put together while the kiddos wait for their lunch/dinner. πŸ™‚

It comes with a magnet so you can attach it at the back and display it on the refrigerator. πŸ™‚

Monster Puppet

Easy for my 3-year old as she put together this Monster Puppet within 5 minutes!

Pretending to act out as a little monster, although I don’t think she needs to (erm, hello threenager?) πŸ˜‰ ha. Jk. She’s a total sweetheart when she’s not being a threenager, though. πŸ™‚

Craft Stick Apple Ornament

The younger one was on a roll this time as she quickly tried to go through all the activities without using much help from myself or her older sister. πŸ™‚

Mini Cupcake Sticker Scene

Always a fan of these sticker scenes as they truly let the kids show off their creative side. And I like to carry these for on-the-go trips to keep the kids entertained without getting any help from iPads! πŸ™‚

Verdict

Another fun month of easily doable crafts that are perfect for a rainy day or to keep the kids happily busy when out and about! You can’t go wrong with DoodleBug Busy Bags as there are always tons of craft kits packed in each month. πŸ™‚
