We Craft Box is a monthly kids subscription that sends out 2-3 seasonal crafts for the whole family to enjoy! It is founded by Betsy Wild, a working mom of 2 boys. Art is her passion and therefore she decided to make it easier for parents by doing all the legwork and saving time by preparing, planning and shopping for all crafts!
Each box comes with all the materials needed to create 2-3 fun and entertaining crafts enabling parents to spend quality time with their kids

What’s inside?
- 2-3 seasonal crafts with all the materials needed.
I personally love the packaging and logo of the We Craft Box – the hand of an adult and child together illustrating instantly what We Craft Box is all about! 🙂
Everything inside our box for the month of September. This month’s crafting was all about robots and machines!
You get enough material and options to create at least 1 big craft project and 2-3 smaller ones. Basically, it’s all about unleashing the inner creativity of the kiddos ;). Also, you get enough items for at least 2 kids to be shared easily! 🙂
As always, the instruction sheet introduces the contents of the box via an adorable poem or story pertaining to the theme of the month. Certainly sets the mood for the kids to embark on a crafty adventure :).
The information sheet is double-sided with step by step images of the projects that will be created. And that certainly makes it very easy to follow the instructions (that are equally detailed!).
This month we had 4 smaller projects rather than the usual 2-3 bigger ones!
Let’s check out how our crafts turned out with a 4 and a 2-year-old 😉
Craft #1: Rocking Robots
Everything required to make our rocking robots.
We started off spraying the acrylic paint onto our robots. Used the We Craft box (as suggested in the instructions) as a background, and that certainly helped in being mess-free, since the spray does splatter all over!
My kiddos and I then cut out some of the gears and gizmos to glue em’ onto their individual robots! Love that the kids could create their own “unique” robots since there were tons of options for gizmos and gears. They were also printed on thick glossy paper, which we loved!
Check out their robots! Don’t they look so cool? Ha. 🙂 The girls were certainly very proud of their robots and actually did some pretend play after finishing up with the craft. 🙂 And since the girls are not into Transformers or any other type of robotic creatures as yet, I am glad this turned out to be a fun robot introduction for them! 🙂
Craft #2: Rad Robot Mask
A quick craft that allowed the kiddos to design their own masks by going crazy with the provided stickers.
We added in the string attachment and the masks were ready to go on their heads!
Craft #3: Robot Friendship Bracelets
Time for some pretty washi tape fun. Yay! These bracelets were super easy to create even for a 4 year old.
She just decorated the bracelet using both the washi tape designs and folded it up! Admiring her bracelet there. 🙂
Craft #4: Robot Control Panel
Everything required to create the control panel. The last project in the We Craft Box always combines the entire theme together which is always fun to play with!
We spray painted the black paper and used it as a control screen. Flipped the box and taped it. I had to use packing tape to hold the box together since the washi tape did not have that much of a stronghold! And we glued in all the gizmo shapes to the panel. My younger one pretended to use this as her “laptop” all day long. 😉
All our finished crafts together! 🙂
Verdict
What a fun introduction to robots this was for my girls! We Craft Box always comes up creative craft projects that are fun for the entire family. Definitely gives us parents a chance to spend some quality time without worrying about gathering everything and wasting time doing that!
