We Craft Box is a monthly kids subscription that sends out 2-3 seasonal crafts for the whole family to enjoy! It is founded by Betsy Wild, a working mom of 2 boys. Art is her passion and therefore she decided to make it easier for parents by doing all the legwork and saving time by preparing, planning and shopping for all crafts!
Each box comes with all the materials needed to create 2-3 fun and entertaining crafts enabling parents to spend quality time with their kids

What’s inside?
- 2-3 seasonal crafts with all the materials needed.
I personally love the packaging and logo of the We Craft Box – the hand of an adult and child together illustrating instantly what We Craft Box is all about! 🙂
Everything inside our box for the month of October. This month’s crafting was all about creating monsters! ha 😉
You get enough material and options to create at least 1 big craft project and 2-3 smaller ones. Basically, it’s all about unleashing the inner creativity of the kiddos ;). Also, you get enough items for at least 2 kids to be shared easily! 🙂
As always, the instruction sheet introduces the contents of the box via an adorable poem or story pertaining to the theme of the month. Certainly sets the mood for the kids to embark on a crafty adventure :).
The information sheet is double-sided with step by step images of the projects that will be created. And that certainly makes it very easy to follow the instructions (that are equally detailed!).
This month we had 4 smaller projects rather than the usual 2-3 bigger ones!
Let’s check out how our crafts turned out with a 4 and a 3-year-old 😉
Craft #1: Little Monsters
Everything required to make our little monsters!
A super fun craft that was all about letting the kids be creative as they “designed” their monsters. 🙂
These were so easy to make and yet turned out so adorable. We stuffed them with orange tissue paper (also included) to make them stand upright! Such a cute idea. 🙂
Craft #2: Monster Headbands
Next up it was time to make monster headbands with the green boa!
I had to assist my kids in making these headbands but they added in the antenna and eyeballs themselves (ahem, which we can’t really see clearly in this picture, ha). The little monsters were instant favorites of both my girls and they actually played with them for quite a bit!
Craft #3: Blow Monster Art
Another favorite of ours this month! This craft was all about using drops of colors (provided in the box) and blowing with the pretty straws on the mini canvases to create art!
Can’t get more fun than this for little ones. I actually did not realize how messy this activity was going to be, but the girls really had a blast blowing the colors on their canvases. Yay for getting so many, so they could let their inner creativity shine through. 🙂
Blow Monster Art Gallery
The last craft or activity in the We Craft Boxes is always about bringing in all the smaller crafts and connecting to a bigger theme. The kids always love displaying all their crafts in one big place (usually the We Craft Box itself!).
Some of our mini canvases can be seen in the background – as they had to be left out for drying for longer than usual since the girls went overboard with paint drops. 😉
How adorable does the Monster Art Display look though? 🙂
Verdict
Being creative is messy and I love how We Craft Box provides tons of these kind of opportunities. The girls loved their little monster puppets and had a ball of a time making their “art gallery”. Give We Craft Box a try and I am sure you’ll love it as much as we do! 🙂 If you do sign up, don’t forget to use the exclusive coupon code THISMAMA5 at checkout to get $5.00 off your first box!.
