This month was all about giving thanks learning about Thanksgiving with all the fun crafting!
As always the information sheet included all the crafts included in your DoodleBug Busy Bag along with any supplemental information that might help out. 🙂
Let’s check out all the crafting fun we had!
Cornucopia Glitter Mosaic
Always a fan of the Glitter Mosaic craft! This one always so beautifully coordinates with the theme of the month and the kids love using the glitter dots to match on the appropriate colors on the sign. Hours of quiet time and that’s always a win in my book. 😉
Thanksgiving Story Beaded Bracelet
Perfect way to tell the story of Thanksgiving with this fun little craft!
Also, great for honing on those fine motor skills!
When the 3-year-old puts something together on her own accord. 😉 The featuring card actually explains the meaning of each of the colored beads, which was something pretty cool! 🙂
Paper Bag Turkey Puppet
Can’t go wrong with a paper bag craft now, can we?! These are awesome to make different kinds of puppets! We received all the stick foam pieces to finish off our turkey, pretty easy and fun! 🙂
Pilgrim Hat Craft
Another quick craft that embodied the meaning behind Thanksgiving. It was super easy to put together. 🙂
3D Mayflower Ship
Time to create your very own Mayflower ship – we love that you receive everything needed to finish off the craft in a single bag. Makes it a breeze to put together – I saved this to use when we are out and about. 🙂
Thanksgiving Dinner Stand Up
This was super fun and thoroughly enjoyed by both my girls! They colored in the wooden characters and food items to create the Thanksgiving dinner setting. And had fun story-telling once done!
You can clearly tell the one character that is colored in by a 3-year-old, ha. Hey, it’s all about the process and the fun the kiddos have and all the learning that gets done while at it! ::)
What a fun Thanksgiving-themed busy bag by DoodleBug Busy Bags! We love the easy and on-the-go crafting pieces as they certainly come in handy when we are out and about!
