What’s inside?

10-15 full-size pantry and snack items. Love how all the products come packaged neatly with air pouches around to keep them secure! We also got to see who pack these boxes so perfectly, since it is always a hefty box! 🙂

This month we also received a Seasons Eatings card – which I thought was a very nice touch! 🙂

The handy dandy information sheet for the month lists all the products and their details along with the prices!

The flip side lists a recipe using the item from the box, which I always appreciate as it gives me some ideas how to use the products. 🙂

Everything inside in our December box!

Let’s dig into this month’s box! 🙂

Product Of The Month: Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Seasoning Blends – $3.00

I have been using Chef Paul’s Magic Seasoning for a while now and always reach out for it since it adds just the right amount of zing and flavor to any chicken dish. Definitely a favorite around here!

G.H. Cretors Popped Corn (1.5 oz) – $1.79 x 2

Handcrafted blend of rich, buttery caramel and premium aged cheddar cheese that gives just the perfect combination of sweet and salty in one go, hence the name “The Mix”. I am not usually a fan of mixing sweet and salty, but these were delicious!

SunSpire SunDrops Dark Chocolate Candies (10 oz) – $5.99

We have received SunSpire candies in previous boxes and they have always come in handy for adding in to brownies or other baked goods. Love that these contain no aritificial flavors, colors or preservatives! 🙂

Campfire Marshmallows $2.50 for 16 oz package; $0.50 for 1 oz package

Can’t go wrong with marshmallows especially during the chilly winters. Just need a cuppa hot chocolate loaded with the delicious marshmallows to enjoy the winters indoor. 😉 These are perfect for baking and snacking!

Garden Of Life Gol Bar (60g) – $2.49

Gol actually means goal here which I thought was very neat! This protein bar is all about keeping things clean and simple – made with real ingredients containing no GMOs, no rBGH or BST.

Hu Chocolate Crunchy Mint Dark Chocolate (2.1 oz) – $5.99

Hu as in HUman chocolate is a cult-favorite vegan and paleo chocolate bar, made with “no weird ingredients ever”. It is also free from dairy, palm oil, emulsifiers, soy lecithin, fluten, refined sugar, cane sugar and sugar alcohols. And with all these good ingredients, did it live up to the taste of a proper chocolate? Yes it did! It was delicious with just the right amount of minty flavor paired with the dark chocolate flavor. So, so yum!

Vahdam Teas Assorted Teas Sampler (5 selected teas)

As a tea-person, I am so looking forward to trying this sampler out! Each serving is packed in a pyramid shaped nylon tea bag individually sealed to get that freshest flavor when you make it!

Dave’s Gourmet Creamy Ginger Citrus (8 oz) – $6.99

Jalapenos, lime, and ginger whipped together is what gives this sauce a creamy texture and a complex flavor with medium heat. Love anything with ginger, so I know for a fact that I’ll be using it quite a bit! It is also vegan, gluten-free and non-gmo! Can also be used as a dip for chips. Yum.

Chimes Ginger Chews (1.5 oz) – $1.99

Think of ginger and it shows up. 😉 Chewy ginger candies made with real Java ginger.

I found these very energizing and satisfying. So good!

Bahlsen Iced Cinnamon Stars – $4.99

Filled with a delicious scent of cinnamon and a hint of Hazelnut these Iced Cinnamon Stars are a perfect festive treat for the whole family! And hey, who does not love cinnamon cookies? 🙂

Verdict

Such a fabulous month of goodies, perfect for the month of December! The overall value this month was around $40 which is great for a box that you can grab for only $12.99 for the first month + always get FREE shipping.  Degusta Box always manages to take me by surprise with the amount of full-sized variety of goodies that you receive, so you definitely wouldn’t want to miss out on this one! 🙂
